Returns

You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for eligible products.

All items must be returned undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Items that are damaged, marked, or found to have a manufacturing error are acceptable for return and exchange. A new item in good condition or another item of equal value will be provided to the customer.

Custom-altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important: If you believe your item is defective, please provide evidence (such as photos or videos) of the unboxing process to verify the condition of the item. This is necessary to confirm the item has a manufacturing defect, as all products undergo a quality control (QC) process before being sent to customers.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide instructions and the return address.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same price. The customer will be responsible for the postage of exchange items.

Custom-altered items cannot be exchanged.

Please contact customer support for guidance on exchanges for size, color, or variant changes.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process, as timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with photos, videos, and other relevant evidence showing the condition of the item during unboxing.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on availability and your preference.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment by contacting us promptly. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, our standard return policy will apply.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
You may not return or exchange:

Items that have been washed, altered, worn, or damaged due to improper washing, storing, or ironing methods.

Pre-order items.

Sale items or purchases made using a discount coupon.

Items that have been soiled, washed, altered, or worn.
Color Disclaimer
Due to lighting effects, monitor brightness, contrast settings, and other factors, there may be slight differences in the color tone of the product images and the actual item received. These differences are not grounds for return or exchange.
